And when thy Lord said to the angels,
"I am setting in the earth a viceroy."

who will do corruption there, and shed blood,
while We proclaim Thy praise and call Thee Holy?"
He said, "Assuredly I know
that you know not."
2.31
And He taught Adam the names, all of them;
then He presented them unto the angels
and said, "Now tell Me the names of these,
if you speak truly."
2.32
They said, "Glory be to Thee! We know not
save what Thou hast taught us. Surely Thou art
the All-knowing, the All-wise."
2.33
He said, "Adam, tell them their names."
And when he had told them their names
He said, "Did I not tell you I know
the unseen things of the heavens and earth?
And I know what things you reveal, and
what you were hiding."
2.34
And when We said to the angels, "Bow
yourselves to Adam"; so they bowed
themselves, save Iblis; he refused
and waxed proud, and so he became
one of the unbelievers.

whithersoever you turn, there is the Face of God;

unless a man has been wronged; God is
All-hearing, All-knowing.

or pardon an evil, surely God is
All-pardoning, All-powerful.
4.170
O men, the Messenger has not come to you
with the truth from your Lord; so believe;
better is it for you. And if you disbelieve,
to God belongs all that is in the heavens
and in the earth; and God is
All-knowing, All-wise.
6.13
And to Him belongs whatsoever inhabits
the night and the day; and He is
the All-hearing, the All-knowing."
6.17
And if God visits thee with affliction
none can remove it but He; and if He
visits thee with good, He is powerful
over everything.
6.18
He is Omnipotent over His servants, and He is
the All-wise, the All-aware.
6.54
And when those who believe in Our signs come
to thee, say, "Peace be upon you. Your Lord has
prescribed for Himself mercy. Whosoever of you
does evil in ignorance, and thereafter repents
and makes amends, He is All-forgiving,
All-compassionate."
6.102
That then is God your Lord;
there is no god but He,
the Creator of everything.
So serve Him,
for He is Guardian over everything.
6.103
The eyes attain Him not, but He attains the eyes;
He is the All-subtle, the All-aware.
6.114
What, shall I seek after any judge but God?
For it is He who sent down to you the Book
well-distinguished; and those whom We have given
the Book know it is sent down from thy Lord
with the truth; so be not thou of the doubters.
6.115
Perfect are the words of thy Lord in truthfulness

the All-great, the All-exalted.
15.85
We created not the heavens and the earth, and all
that is between them, save in truth. Surely the Hour

Surely thy Lord, He is the All-creator, the
All-knowing.
17.43
Glory be to Him!
High indeed be He exalted above that they say!
17.44
The seven heavens and the earth, and whosoever
in them is, extol Him; nothing is, that does not
proclaim His praise, but you do not understand their
extolling. Surely He is All-clement, All-forgiving.
20.1
Ta Ha
20.2
We have not sent down the Koran upon thee
for thee to be unprosperous,
20.3
but only as a reminder
to him who fears,
20.4
a revelation from
Him who created the earth and the high heavens;
20.5
the All-compassionate
sat Himself upon the Throne;
20.6
to Him belongs
all that is in the heavens and the earth
and all that is between them, and
all that is underneath the soil.
20.7
Be thou loud in thy speech, yet
surely He knows the secret
and that yet more hidden.
20.8
God -
there is no god but
He.
To Him belong the Names Most Beautiful.
22.61
That is because God makes the night to enter into the
day
and makes the day to enter the night; and that God is
All-hearing, All-seeing.
22.62
That is because God - He is the Truth, and that they
call upon
apart from Him - that is the false; and for that God is
the All-high, the All-great.
22.63
Hast thou not seen how that God has sent down out of
heaven
water, and in the morning the earth becomes green? God
is
All-subtle, All-aware.
22.64
To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and in the
earth;
surely God - He is the All-sufficient, the
All-laudable.
22.65
Hast thou not seen how that God has subjected to you
all that is in the earth
and the ships to run upon the sea at His commandment,
and He holds back heaven
lest it should fall upon the earth, save by His leave?
Surely God is All-gently to men, All-compassionate.
22.66
It is He who gave you
life, then He shall make you dead, then He shall give
you life.
Surely man is ungrateful.
22.75
God chooses of the angels Messengers
and of mankind; surely God is
All-hearing, All-seeing.
22.76
He knows whatsoever is before them
and behind them, and unto God all
matters are returned.
25.60
But when they are told, "Bow yourselves
to the All-merciful," they say, "And what
is the All-merciful? Shall we bow ourselves
to what thou biddest us?" And it increases
them in aversion.
26.217
Put thy trust in the All-mighty, the All-compassionate
26.218
who sees thee when thou standest
26.219
and when thou turnest about among those who bow.
26.220
Surely He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing.
30.54
God is He that created you of weakness, then He
appointed
after weakness strength, then after strength He
appointed
weakness and grey hairs; He creates what He will, and
He is the All-knowing, the All-powerful.
31.16
"O my son, if it should be but the
weight of one grain of mustard-seed, and
though it be in a rock, or in the heavens,
or in the earth, God shall bring it forth;
surely God is All-subtle, All-aware.
31.26
To God belongs all that is in the heavens and the
earth;
surely God - He is the All-sufficient, the
All-laudable.
31.27
Though all the trees in the earth were
pens, and the sea - seven seas after it
to replenish it,
yet would the Words of God not be spent.
God is All-mighty, All-wise.
31.28
Your creation and your upraising are as
but as a single soul.
God is All-hearing, All-seeing.
31.29
Hast thou not seen how that God makes the night to
enter into the day
and makes the day to enter into the night.
and He has subjected the sun and the moon, each of them
running
to a stated term,
and that God is aware of what you do?
31.30
That is because God - He is the Truth, and that they
call upon
apart from Him - that is the false; and for that God is
the All-high, the All-great.
31.34
Surely God - He has knowledge of the Hour;
He sends down the rain; He knows what is in the wombs.

no soul knows in what land it shall die.
Surely God is All-knowing, All-aware.
34.47
Say: "I have asked no wage of you;
that shall be yours. My wage falls
only upon God; and He is witness
over everything."

Say: "My Lord hurls the truth - the Knower
of the Unseen."
34.49
Say: "Truth has come; falsehood originates not,
nor brings again."
34.50
Say: "If I go astray, I go astray
only to my own loss; if I am guided,
it is by what my Lord reveals to me.
He is All-hearing, Ever-nigh."
35.29
Surely those who recite the Book of God
and perform the prayer, and expend of that
We have provided them, secretly and in public,
look for a commerce that comes not to naught,
35.30
that He may pay them in full their wages
and enrich them of His bounty; surely He is
All-forgiving, All-thankful.
39.36
Shall not God suffice His servant, though
they frighten thee with those apart from
Him? And whomsoever God leads astray,
no guide has he.
39.37
But whomso God guides, none shall lead
him astray; is not God All-mighty,
All-vengeful?
40.2
The sending down of the Book is from God
the All-mighty, the All-knowing,

Terrible in retribution,
the Bountiful;
there is no god but He,
and unto Him is the homecoming.
40.56
Those who dispute concerning the signs
of God, without any authority
come to them, in their breasts is only
pride, that they shall never attain.
So seek thou refuge in God;
surely He is the All-hearing, the All-seeing.
40.57
Certainly the creation of the heavens and earth is
greater
than the creation of men;
but most men know it not.

I have not created jinn and mankind
except to serve Me.

neither do I desire that they should feed Me.

there is no god but He.
He is the knower of the Unseen and the Visible;

60.4
You have had a good example in Abraham, and
those with him, when they said to their people,
"We are quit of you and that you serve, apart
from God. We disbelieve in you, and between
us and you enmity has shown itself, and
hatred for ever, until you believe in God alone."
(Except that Abraham said unto his father,
"Certainly I shall ask pardon for thee; but I
have no power to do aught for thee against God.")
"Our Lord, in Thee we trust; to Thee we turn; to
Thee is the homecoming.
60.5
Our Lord, make us not a temptation to those who
disbelieve; and forgive us. Our Lord, Thou art
the All-mighty, the All-wise."

a Messenger from among them, to recite His signs to
them and
to purify them, and to teach them the Book and the
Wisdom,
though before that they were in manifest error,
62.3
and others of them who have not yet joined them. And He
is
the All-mighty, the All-wise.
64.16
So fear God as far as you are able,
and give ear, and obey, and expend
well for yourselves. And whosoever
is guarded against the avarice
of his own soul, those - they are
the prosperers.

If you lend to God a good loan, He
will multiply it for you, and will
forgive you. God is All-thankful,

the All-mighty, the All-Wise.
