Five Aspects of God

There is comfort to be found in knowing that there is more to life than this world, but it is the practice of showing unselfish love and mercy to others that does the trick for you on a day-to-day basis.  

So many people nowadays demand proof before they will admit to anything.

But what about something that can't be proved, can we never admit that it's true? How about the Afterlife? Well, that requires faith, even though it happens to be true. Unprovable perhaps, but of vital importance to the way we live our lives, and essential to understanding the way Creation works.

When we look at this life it's hard to see any justice. The greedy and irresponsible so often succeed, and the innocent so often suffer. Yet wherever we look in Creation we see things in balance and harmony.

It's the Afterlife that balances out this life, reflecting our actions back upon us, so that we ourselves feel the pain that we have inflicted upon others, and ourselves receive the blessings that we wished upon others.

The Prophet said "You shall not enter Paradise until you have faith, and you cannot have faith until you love one another. Have mercy on those who live on the earth, and God Who is in Heaven will have mercy on you."
