Always
Learning

You know, some people ask 'What is the point of learning stuff?',

but the search is to understand the hows and whys of Creation,

and the Deen is about how and why we do our own things.

Learning is about finding out

what seems to be true,

and what is possible.

To act rightly it is important to know

as much of the truth as is possible,

but there's so much to learn and so little time.

So how can we tell what is useful or good to learn?

One way how is to ask 'why?'.

What is the intention?

Why do you want to know?

Because if your intention is good

you will be rewarded by learning.

Humans work so much better when they are always learning,

so it's important that they learn that it is good for them.

And learning is not such a hard job for them,

they can even learn through playing games.

And with learning

they exchange a world of Boredom

for a world of Excitement

and Wonder.

When they are learning

they are finding ways to explore God's creation

in the worlds outside them

and within themselves.

Looking to the what, how and why of the universe around them,

and trying to understand just who and what they are.

And when they search for knowledge,

along with everything they discover

they find forever more questions to be answered.

So humans can never know all there is to know,

but God knows all that can be known, visible and invisible.

Allah is Al-Alim, the All-Knowing.

We need to understand that when we are searching for knowledge

we are looking to learn from Allah,

the All-Knowing.
