By the Name
God
the Fount-of-All-Mercy
the Ever-Merciful
by the sun
and its morning brightness
and by the moon
when it follows it
and by the day
when it displays it
and by the night
when it hides it
and by heaven
and its builder
and by the earth
and its extender
and by the soul
and its shaper
inspiring it to being wicked
or being Mindful of God
who makes it pure
is successful
and who covers it
is a failure
Thamood called it lies
showing no respect
when the worst of them
rose up
then the Messenger of God
said to them
"This is
the she-camel of God
so let her drink"
but they called him a liar
and cut her hamstrings
so their Liege crushed them
for their evil deed
and flattened them
and Hu is not afraid
of what happens
