The format for the World Service Words of Faith slot was a combination of about one minute of reading from Scripture and about three minutes of commentary - though these could be mixed and matched in any order.

I did hear that when they were first submitted the powers that be considered them too 'light' to be appropriate, but someone relented and after my first set were recorded they were obviously found acceptable and they asked me to do a few more.

But acceptable or not, I think production moved away from Scotland, and though I quite liked what I came up with, these few were all I got to do.
